By accessing or using Neferuart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using Neferuart, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• You may need to create an account to access certain features, either with an email address and password or by signing in through Google, Apple, or Facebook.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.

All artwork, images, titles, descriptions, and tags displayed in the App are uploaded and curated exclusively by the Neferuart team. Users do not upload artwork or other content through the App. You may browse artwork, like the pieces you enjoy, and organize saved pieces into personal collections ("boards") for your own use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
• Upload or submit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through any feature of the App

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in Neferuart, including the artwork displayed within the App, are owned by or licensed to Neferuart. You may not copy or use them without prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Once deleted, your account is deactivated immediately, can no longer be used to sign in, and your profile is removed from public view. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Neferuart is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
